1. Warranty Coverage
Total Pod Solutions ("We") provides the following warranty coverage for all products ("Products"):

Non-structural defects (e.g., fixtures and fittings issues): 12 months from the date of delivery.

Structural defects: 3 years from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for a warranty claim ("Warranty Claim"), you must:

Immediately stop using the Product and contact us to obtain a warranty claim form.

Submit the claim within the applicable warranty period with supporting evidence.

Do not repair or replace the Product without our prior written approval, or we may refuse reimbursement.
3. Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply if:

The Product has been significantly modified, altered, or repaired by a third party.

We cannot verify the defect.

The defect falls within standard industry tolerances.

The defect results from improper maintenance, neglect, or misuse by you or a third party.

The Product has been damaged due to extreme conditions (e.g., flooding, fire, accidents).
4. Warranty Process

Complete and submit the form with details and evidence of the defect.

We reserve the right to inspect the Product before approving the claim.

If the Product must be returned, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Additional Terms

If the Product is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), this warranty is in addition to your legal rights.

If the Product is used for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
