Important Notice

Total Pod Solutions supplies relocatable, prefabricated pod units.

Our units are factory-manufactured overseas and supplied as relocatable products. Whether a unit may be treated as a building, vehicle, or another category depends on its intended use, placement method, connection to services, mobility, foundations, and local council requirements.

Customers should confirm the applicable Council, planning, building consent or exemption, foundation, drainage, services and other site-specific requirements before installation or use.

Any final electrical, plumbing, drainage, foundation, or other regulated work must be completed or checked by suitably qualified New Zealand professionals.
