Our units are factory-manufactured overseas and supplied as relocatable products. Whether a unit may be treated as a building, vehicle, or another category depends on its intended use, placement method, connection to services, mobility, foundations, and local council requirements.

Customers are responsible for confirming all council, planning, building consent, resource consent, foundation, drainage, plumbing, electrical, and site-specific requirements before purchase, delivery, placement, or use.

Any final electrical, plumbing, drainage, foundation, or other regulated work must be completed or checked by suitably qualified New Zealand professionals.
